Cardio Tennis

A Cardio Tennis Program will be offered Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m.

This program is targeted to adult and high school players who want to combine tennis with a high paced aerobic workout. Each session will be unique and need not be taken in sequence. A typical session will consist of a 15-minute group warm-up, 30 minutes of drills, and a 15-minute cool down.

The program will begin June 2 and will run till the end of July, with the potential of an extension based on player interest.

Each session will cost one punch on your Court Card per person.
