    In order to 'see' anything... light has to reflect from the object, bouncing back to put pressure to the rods and cones in our eyes.  In order for an instrument or camera to see, detect, observe, or sense another object it must also have light bounce or reflect from that object.  Light has mass, or resistance to change of state in the direction it is moving.  This means that all light exerts impulse pressure upon anything it encounters.  A photon of light exerts a pressure impulse upon anything it hits.  This pressure is about the smallest we can measure directly. When sub atomic particles such as an electron are observed with light, or hit with a light photon impulse, it actually moves the electron, and gives an inaccurate measurement.  Trying to measure to a greater depth can even result in no measurement, meaning we cannot see directly if there are items smaller.  The light does not reflect back.  Thus, speculative smaller particles have to be measured by observing action of things in larger quantities or quanta...  A photon of light is a quantum, or quantity of light that makes an electron do the same thing again and again.  As I understand this, if there is a photon corpuscle smaller than the quanta of light, we cannot measure it, or any affect it might have on another particle per se.  Many, many sub atomic particles have been discovered...  These particles all have properties ascribed to them as: Rest Mass, Charge, Spin, Isospin, and Life Span.

    Rest Mass is a pseudo measurement; for two reasons.  First, all matter in the Universe is always in motion and thus; nothing is absolutely At Rest.  Second, At Rest mass is the measurement of resistance, to change of state, of a body of matter when it has pressure exerted on it from any direction in our common frame of reference.  Within any body of matter there are jillions of particles in motions, all of which are single direction motions at any one instant, except that they are headed in any and all directions...  This means that At Rest mass is most probably a composite average mean value of repulsive pressure from particles headed against the pressure being brought to bear to measure the pseudo At Rest mass.  In the strictest sense... all mass is directional. This means that when taken down to single particulates... their at rest mass is actually... directional mass.  There really is no way we can have an electron calmly sitting around waiting for us to push upon it from all directions; just to see if it resists change of state equally, from all directions...

    Charge is an electromagnetic arbitrary comparison of man, such that by assigning the electron as negative... we can assign every other entity as either negative, positive, or neutral; as compared to, or relative to, the charge of an electron.  If an entity is repelled by an electron the entity is negative, if they come together the entity is positive, and if no reaction, or movement... the entity is neutral.  As minus, plus, and zero charges respectively. (- 1, +1, & 0).

    Spin can be the direct or indirect observations that show that a particle turns physically.  Isospin, is an imaginary spin that is used by physicists to fit, and make their calculations correct. 

    Life span is how long the particle remains with a specific identity.  Some are very short lived.  Some combine to make more stable particles.  Some remain stable for great durations. Some just disappear.

    Particles are given a value of mass, if it can be measured, or closely estimated.  Some particles are said to be mass-less.  This mass-less condition is considered as if it were At Rest, or if the particle's mass cannot be measured, even if it is accelerated.  Neutrino's are considered by some as mass-less.  Photons would be considered mass-less if they were idle.  However, with a Universe in total motion... in the strictest extreme truth... nothing is At Rest... and thus every entity has some tiny amount of mass. 

    Baryons and Quarks have been assigned a property called strangeness.  Strangeness is a special quantum mechanics property...  "Strangeness is conserved for strong interactions...  The Pion is defined as to have S = 0.  A strange particle cannot be created alone, but strangeness need not be conserved when a strange particle decays. S can change only one unit__ a new kind of selection rule."  Quarks also have properties called Charm, Bottomless, and Topless.

    All of the above, I hopefully reproduced without very much error, and can be found in physics books.  I include it a primer on particles... for the things henceforth.

    All the particles except possibly photons, are considered matter.  No one knows what or if a particle is made of something physical... so to speak.  They are generally thought to be electromagnetic.  Which as such, means the photon is one of the gang.

    When matter is in a reaction that changes it to light, the matter is thought to be "destroyed", or "annihilated", or "changed" into photons of light.  We do know there is an equivalence of the amount of ability to do work (energy), of a measured body of matter, lost; as compared to the amount of ability to do work (energy), of a measured quantum of light, gained; from a matter to light reaction.  This is equated as E = mc˛.

    When one billiard ball impacts another there is a physical exchange reaction of ability to do a specific directional work, (energy), lost by one ball; that equates to a gain of the other ball of a specific directional work, (energy); equal and opposite to each other.  The balls still remain as balls, however, with still much potential ability to do work, (energy) in each, yet unused.  It is like the directional energy of each ball stays equal but changes directions, and the at rest energy of each ball stays intact and equal.  Thus the total plus/minus ability to do work is conserved, and equal for each ball, and each ball remains in the game.

    If a two billiard balls were mutually consumed in a total nuclear reaction... we would get light, and poof the balls are gone.  But, we gained light with equal total attributes of ability to do work, energy; which equates to the total directional mass of the light.

    I imagine this light energy from two billiard balls as equaling the total at rest mass of the jillion helter-skelter particle directional mass being focused into total directional mass straight outbound from a single source, and possibly any and all inherent virtual particles.  What happened to the electromagnetic matter, and where did all these fired up photons come from... ?

    One thought is the total destruction of matter, somehow fired up a matching total of photons from, or created from space; assuming that space is filled with photons, or somehow is able to create them from nothing..  Another thought might be the space within the atoms abounds with idle photons.  I have had thought along these lines myself...  Recently I have harbored the thought that maybe matter is not destroyed, but is now light itself?!  I thought maybe photons and quarks are one and the same in different modes of operation.  But, going back over the above mentioned properties of particles it didn't seem yet right...

    Today I thought, what would happen to a particle of matter if its attributes and or properties were striped away, and the particle was left without any motion.  It would seem to me that if a particle reached this condition, it would be in a state of full entropy.  The particle would have no resistance to change of state (mass), no spin, no orbit, no wiggle, no charge, and would be invisible.  But, would it still exist in space? It is like quantum mechanics logic... Yes, & No, how would anyone know?  It is highly unlikely if it can be measured directly, or indirectly!  You could have a whole bag full of idle electromagnetic matter without knowing it was there.  Any atom, which is 99.9999...% empty space could be filled with idle photons or idle quarks (or other particles).  How would we know the difference between idle quarks, idle photons, or idle neutrinos?  If my bag full of idle matter was squeezed... there is plenty of room for the idle quarks to slip through the cracks just a neutrinos go whizzing through now.  What if I pushed my finger into a collected region abounding in idle matter or idle photons?  They would move out of the way easily, quickly, effortlessly, and with less than so much as a whiff of smoke, since they are with zero at rest mass.  Could a whole mass of them slowly move something much larger?  Well, I suppose several thousand ants could roll a bowling ball, and still remain ants.  Could mass-less particles move fast?  How fast?  Could they be sensed and or measured in quanta?  Could their indirect effects be sensed?

   What would it take to strip a quark naked of its properties?  What if matter as quarks was accelerated to extreme speeds that striped away some or all of their motion attributes?  Could we tell the difference from an idle quark, from an idle photon?  Both of these particles are considered: Point Like particles, meaning they have no physical dimensions, so to speak, because they are too small to measure.  So physically we have not a clue as to what physical shape they may have, and this is probably changeable or flexible anyway.  Further... there is a real good chance that all the properties that we use to describe a particle; can be created with motion.  Photons are identified by them having directional mass, which means they can impart a pressure impact of some value in a forward motion only.  They are also known some of the time to have various motion spins.  Quarks are known to have mass which is directional motion.  They have various spin motions.  Charges of particles may be also due to motion spinning, orbiting, and or twisting.... and there is a good chance that spin motion and charge conditions together create the affect of how a particle reacts to something positive or negative.  I kind of go with the idea of right and left threaded bolts and nuts.  These could be named positive and negative... and then along comes a nut and or bolt that has threads cut in both spiral directions, and will fit on both right and left threads... thus being neutral.  This is a physical analogy, but motions of particles, may emulate such as these three combinations called charges.

    I am going with the contention that the fundamental particle is the idle quark__ as an electromagnetic phenomenon, that if given motions, can be made into photons as light, or into various forms of matter.

    Thinking in this frame of mind means that instead of having matter that changes into light, and light that changes into matter__ we have a something, "everything", as basic idle matter that can be changed into light or various forms of matter.  Thus now we are thinking the whole Universe is filled with one thing: Matter.  The Matter, that seems to be regarded so lightly in many books, as I mentioned prior. The fundamental: Space__ is needed as a place to put the matter.  What is everything in the Universe doing?  I'm pretty well sure it is all moving.  And, all motion is curvature; thus we have total acceleration and deceleration.  Why is it moving?  Everything is constantly under Pressures.  And finally, we need the fundamental of: Existence Duration.

    When I thought about matter being destroyed, or annihilated it just didn't seem to go with the other things we know.  Science goes with conservation of energy... meaning there is always a balance... we don't lose anything... we find that it has changed.  I also had a bad taste about just coming up with virtual particle from nothingness of space.  This is just bold magical imagination.  With my wild imagination, I try to give a bit of explanation, logic, and etc., to support my fantasies.

    Is there any evidence that this is occurs in nature?  Well, what I am putting forth is difficult to observe, but it seems to give potential explanations for some things considered paradoxes, or unknown.

    If we reduce the temperature of a body of matter, we reduce its atomic activity, motion.  If we reduce the motion in a body we reduce its temperature.  What else happens?  Well we know when something is brought close to absolute zero temperature... its resistance goes down and electrons flow quite freely.  When something gets cold its thermal activity is reduced and it loses heat, which is light, which is a loss of ability to do work, which is energy, which is a reduction is mass.  Which equates to me as a body of matter at zero motion; is at zero temperature; is at zero mass; and is probably at zero charge.  But, we cannot get to absolute zero, so the matter remains matter, in a physical form.

    If space is packed with idle quark particles, with no mass, no charge, no spin, and etc... they should be quite easy to move through.  Especially at the normal speeds of natural matter.  (Light is a bit different, as I will depict in a moment.)  There will be one idle quark pushing on another, on another, and etc...  But, with the ease of motion... a million in a row should be quite easy to move with a very minimal pressure.  I can further imagine that a million idle quarks in a row would act similar to an imaginary perfect solid of the same length.  If a pressure were put upon one end of an imaginary perfect solid rod, causing motion; the imaginary rod would instantly move at the other end. And, a row of idle mass-less, quarks that are in contact, touching, in a row... by causing motion at one end... would possibly make the other end move almost instantly similar to an imaginary fully solid rod.

     It is very plausible that the speed of an information pressure pulse through a line of intimate idle quarks can be faster than the speed of light!

    How can this be?  Because, it is not matter traveling through anything.  The mass is really, really close to zero.  It is a pressure pulse, or a lack of pressure signal.  If thought of in reverse; a reduction of pressure at one end of a long row of idle quarks, could move almost instantly to fill the low pressure region.  They could all move quickly and almost effortlessly due to zero mass, no charges, no spins, and etc.

    Why doesn't light move any faster than 186,000 miles per hour?  It has directional mass.  The faster it goes, the more there is resistance to its changing state of motion in a forward direction.  Light is a body of matter now, with mass and possible spin trying to move at some tremendous speed through the idle quarks ether of space... which puts a barrier limit on its top speed.

    Yes, I did say ether.  I now go with the ether of three dimensional Space as filled with idle quarks.  But, this ether is no separate entity... it is what we have had all along... So I stay with Space as the ether.

    Will this ether meet the requirements of Einstein's ether?  I don't think so, because, I am allowing them to move, and to communicate pressure.  In fact, I suspect that a Universe sized  quantum of  idle quarks in space can probably be moved through easily enough, but idle quarks will have some very tiny amount of mass because of the Universe having total motion and etc...  So, I suspect, if we put the planet earth into the center of the Universe, it would displace and pressure idle quarks out of the way.  The quarks would press back in return from all directions.  This will seem to be a scenario that will not work... But, remember, there are quarks filling up the spaces within all our atoms which are about 99.9999+ % empty.  And, our whole Solar System is probably an egg shaped frame of reference full of space with idle quarks, and all is displacing and pushing outward into space.

    As mentioned prior... give some thought to this:  The pressure at the bottom of our oceans can squeeze a body into a diving helmet if the suit ruptures.  Pressure at the center of the Earth is tremendous.  But, this pressure is from all the physical matter above the center in all directions.  If we made a spherical creature environmental friendly room at the center of the Earth__ we could float about in mid air with the greatest of ease, and not be crushed from what is thought to be gravitation.  The Earth is like that imaginary sphere in the center of the Earth, but it is a sphere in the center of a quantum of space.

    We build strong creature comfortable space ships to withstand the differential of pressures in space.  We build strong creature comfortable diving bells for the differential of pressures below our oceans.  We have sea level, upon Earth as a creature comfortable region, not requiring any structure to be creature comfortable, but does have a differential of pressure of about 14+ pounds per square inch.  So as I see it we are only arguing about pressure values, and orientation.

    For what it is worth, I believe, gravitation is due to the ether fill of idle quarks throughout Space, or some scenario of this type, pressing us to Earth.

    If this is true, what else could it mean?

    In my writings herein I told about the quantum mechanics paradox experiment of dual slits or holes.  If electron particles are fired at a hole in a solid plate, that has another hole near by, but it it covered... the electrons will go through the hole they are aimed at and get a correct pattern for this affect.  However if the second hole is opened, and the electron particles remain aimed at the original hole... the electrons somehow know the second hole is now open and the pattern result on the detection plate will be as if electrons were fired through both holes.  Anyway the answers of or for this dilemma vary; from magic, to have faith, believe without question, and beyond.

    Now think of the Space in and about this experiment as having idle quarks filling the region.  If idle quarks can communicate information faster than the speed of light... and an electron is fired... would or could the electron sense any difference in the situation presented, of the second hole being open?

    And, you might look up the mental experiment called a Cat in the Box.  This is another one of these quantum mechanics scenarios that a cat in a box might be killed by a random action... but until the box is opened the cat is neither dead or alive, because the seclusion of the cat makes a determination un-meaningful.  But, if space is all permeable, filled with idle quarks, could information leak out of the box so to speak, as to the status within?  Hum... maybe there is not anything that can be in full seclusion... Total seclusion is probably a fantasy.

    If this theory herein is true, or has merit... can its validity be verified or substantiated?

    My first thoughts would be... possible explosions in digital code could be set off, and that should disrupt the local area idle quarks, for each reaction.  The question is how to receive the information.  It should be that the information should reach its destination faster than light.  What is needed then, is a detection unit that will collect, and store the data before the light information reaches the same location.  Possibly detection sensors on the moon, or a man made satellite? 

    It has also been said that people can sense a Lightening Bolt before the light from the actual strike is seen!  The essence of my theory may explain this phenomenon.

    If there was ever to be any usable Outer Space communication, faster than light is a must.

    Is this theory the answer to all things?  No!  Absolutely not. I am sure it is screwed up in some areas, and needs more to make it complete.  It is only a theory.  In addition, there probably will be some things, we will never know; at our present human level of evolution.  I used striped down quarks, as the basic fundamental matter.  It probably is more true, that there is a more fundamental matter or electromagnetic phenomena at a bottom level below quarks and photons.  This EM (Electro-Magnetic) would fill space, and have the ability to take on properties making it into quarks, and photons.  This EM would probably have common adaptable, properties that would co-inside better with our knowledge of all the particles, field concepts, and fit better with electrical and magnetic attributes...  But, I am not 'all knowing'.

    So, truthfully... for those hard working, sincere, dedicated, honest Physicists, and other Scientists out there__ chagrined at all that I have written...!  I will admit this theory of Unification has the flavor of Science Fiction!  But, truthfully there are items included in my writings that should seriously be considered.  As, I have previously related, all I have written; is by my own classification, human reality; which is actually fantasy anyway.
